HerHabits ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using HerHabits, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
All your habit data, preferences, and cycle tracking information is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your personal data on any external server. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We do not transmit your personal data over the internet.
HerHabits is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using HerHabits ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
HerHabits is a personal habit tracking application. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
HerHabits offers a free tier with limited features, including tracking up to 2 habits.
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one per Apple ID per subscription group.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their support channels.
HerHabits is a personal wellness and habit tracking tool. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cycle tracking feature is for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for medical or fertility decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for health-related concerns.
All data you create in HerHabits (habits, tracking history, cycle data) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, app deletion, or operating system updates.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of HerHabits and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HerHabits and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
